Healthy Families America Home Visiting RFP

The Family League of Baltimore City (FLBC) and the Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) are working to improve the efficiency of the operation and management of Home Visiting Programs (HVPs), a critical component of the B’more for Healthy Babies (BHB) initiative.  Through this RFP, we are seeking to fund HVPs that have implemented the Healthy Families America® model and will partner with other HVPs in this comprehensive strategy to improve birth outcomes.  We will not fund HVPs operating outside of the Healthy Families America model through this application.
