The application module for the Ready by 21 Youth Jobs RFP and RFQ will be available to registered organizations by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Please refer to the user manual for additional information.
- Court-involved youth who are returning to Baltimore City from residential placement or long-term detention (greater than 60 days), who are at least 14.5 years of age, and who have not been previously convicted of a crime in the adult system; and
Ready By 21 Youth Jobs
The Family League of Baltimore has teamed up with the Maryland Departments of Human Resources and Juvenile Services, as well as the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, to expand FLBC’s successful Ready by 21 initiative. Two funding opportunities will provide job/employment development services to:
- Youth currently committed to the Baltimore City Department of Social Services who currently are in out of home placement, i.e. Kinship Home, Foster Home, Group Home, Independent Living Program, Semi-Independent Living Arrangement.
