Invitation for Bid (IFB)
The Family League of Baltimore City, Inc. invites Food Service Management Companies to submit sealed bids for providing food services for sites the Family League sponsors. The Family League participates in the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Child and Adult Care Food Program. Proposals presented in triplicate will be received by the Family League at 2305 N. Charles Street, Suite 200 Baltimore, MD 21218 until Friday, September 10, 2010 at 5:00pm for the period September 20, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with an option for a maximum of four annual one-year renewals. The Family League reserves the right to check all outside references. The Family League also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
