The Family Recovery Program offers judicially supervised intensive case management and support service for parents in Baltimore City involved in Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) proceedings. The Family Recovery Program decreases the lengths of stay in foster care for children ages 0-5 who come before CINA Court for the first time because of their parent’s substance abuse.
