The Family League does not provide direct services, but initiates community collaboration and planning efforts to improve child and family well-being in Baltimore City. All programs are conducted through service contracts with community based providers; yet the Family League is responsible for program monitoring, oversight and evaluation. The Contract Management Unit works closely with contracted vendors, providing support and technical assistance to ensure the delivery of quality, effective programs to children and families.
