The mission of The Children's Advocacy Project is to help bridge the gap between the many quality social service agencies in Baltimore and the families that need their help the most. Within the site will be found user-friendly and comprehensive listings of many social service agencies that exist to improve the lives of families that need our help the most.
The CAP will also provide health care professionals and social service providers with the tools necessary to connect families to the appropriate social service agencies, which will help to meet their needs. In doing this, our ultimate goal is to foster the self-empowerment of families, by educating them about their own rights. Visit the website at www.CAP4Kids.org.
